Associate Sales Specialist Job at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group)
The Associate Proposition Sales role will focus on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for our Risk business in a given territory driving opportunities within both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to specific products and customer types as well as serve accounts within a defined territory. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders as well as Senior Regional Sales Specialist to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
- Structure, negotiate and close deals
- Proactively identify pipeline opportunities
- Maintain positive growth in your industry vertical and assigned territory
- Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
- Utilize senior staff for training and guidance
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exception presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
- A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel domestically
Compensation/Benefits Information (New York City applicants only):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $63,400 - $117,700.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, including city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our variable incentive compensation plan. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience. All roles are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG benefits program, more information & details will be provided at time of offer.
