Associate HR Business Partner Job at Merz North America Inc
- Conduct recruitment effort for all personnel and temporary employees; conduct new employee orientations; write and place advertisements.
- Point of contact for job candidates, job seekers, and recruiting agencies
- Prescreens
- Communications
- Ensure communication between management and employees is consistent and communicated in a way the employees can understand.
- Develop the employee newsletter and distribute monthly.
- Monitor employee relations and make recommendations for work place improvements.
- Conduct employee investigations and report findings
- Assist with planning of company events and ensuring communication to employees
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant experience required.
- HR-Related certification preferred
Professional experience
- 3+ years Human Resources field (5+ required without degree) required
- 5+ Human Resources Experience preferred
