L.L.Bean is currently searching for an Associate Digital Experience Analyst – International to join the International team located in Freeport, Maine.
The International team at L.L.Bean is responsible for bringing the brand to life in new markets globally. It is an exciting time of growth for this team as they embark on enhancing their content, email, and website strategy. The international team has a startup mentality that is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast moving.
The Associate Digital Experience Analyst on the International Team supports the strategy, development, and execution of L.L.Bean’s international digital experiences and content marketing efforts. This work is inclusive of managing email marketing and website experiences to drive business goals, meet customer needs, and create an enjoyable brand experience for L.L.Bean’s customers.
Responsibilities

Manages email marketing program, overseeing the production, delivery, and reporting of emails

Manages website content updates and roadmap, ensuring customer’s onsite experience is helpful and enjoyable and represents L.L.Bean’s brand purpose.

Manages promotional and content calendar

Support in the planning and delivery of seasonal content efforts across channels to drive business objectives and/or key customer actions (i.e., product sales, new buyer acquisition, video views, etc.)

Sets up promos on website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for the customer

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization as well as other members of the International team to assist in gathering insights to inform content planning

Leverage insights to build plans, inform the development of new content and optimize existing content

Skills and Qualifications

BA/BS required

1-2 years of relevant experience required

Highly organized and pro-active in finding (sometimes creative) solutions to issues

Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects

Entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically to a wide range of audiences.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing business environment

A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to get quickly up to speed with business intelligence platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Photoshop)
