Job Description
The Associate Chief Financial Officer implements financial policies and procedures and other internal controls to provide for the control and safeguard of hospital assets; establishes and maintains appropriate accounting system to provide complete, timely, and accurate financial information; provides financial analysis of operations to identify areas for cost reduction, improved cash flow, and revenue enhancement; this position will be involved in all aspects of operations and will work closely with CFO.
Travel required : 20% of the time
Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Must have a minimum of five years experience in the field within an organization similar in size and scope of services.
- Must demonstrate having excellent analytical skills and experience with MOR, Productivity management, and overall knowledge of finance functions.
