The Institute of Beauty and Wellness is looking for an Assistant Team Lead to provide five-star service to students, internal team members, and guests. What you need
- Previous retail and guest service experience
- Aveda product knowledge a plus
- Love for the beauty and wellness industry
Responsibilities
- Open and close the institute and other retail store operations
- Participate in personal and team goal setting
- Greet students, guests, and team members and provide a Five-Star guest experience
- Assist guests in purchasing products and services and help mentor and coach students
- Teach and educate students on different lessons
- Be a resource and help educate and engage students
- Accurately schedule reservations and check guests out using Zenoti
