In a typical day, an Assistant Manager can expect to…
- Be responsible for opening/closing the store, managing register efficiency, achieving daily production goals, and providing excellent customer service
- Supervise production while producing product, assigning production tasks, routinely checking for quality and pricing standards and monitoring production staff productivity
- Provide leadership, guidance, training, and professional development in a positive environment to motivate staff and achieve overall store goals
- Analyzes and interprets report data and partners with the Store Manager to improve processes and increase margin
- Audits and trains employees on workplace safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Assists the Store Manager with administrative tasks such as payroll, ordering, scheduling, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and onboarding of new hires.

Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- Post-secondary degree with 4+ years progressively responsible retail supervisory experience OR 5+ years of progressively responsible retail supervisory experience
- Your work/life balance is a priority to us. You’ll work a mix of daytime, evening and weekend shifts but you’ll have every other weekend off
- Forklift certification will take place upon hire
- Ability to lift, push, & pull a minimum of 40 lbs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred
