Job Summary: A Construction Assistant Project Manager plans and oversees the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. Their duties include building and staying within the budget, retrieving the necessary permits to construct in certain communities and communicating the client’s goals for certain projects to the subcontractors and construction workers. The Assistant Project Manager will also build solid working relationships with Superintendents to ensure collaborative management of each project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project Management from preconstruction to completion
- Pre-Project Planning including permits and submittals
- Management of Subcontractors and Supplies
- Prepare all change orders
- Submit and approve all pay estimates and applications
- Quality Control
- Project Safety
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail

Requirements:
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 1 years Civil Construction experience
- 2 years of Project Management experience
