Objective of Position:
The Jockey Outlet Store located at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlet in Tinton Falls NJ, is currently searching for a Assistant Manager.

Provide WOW guest service by assisting the store manager in operations and people management.
Job Expectations:
Greet and Engage guests to find ways to WOW them
Perform sales and register transactions including returns and exchanges
Move product from stockroom to salesfloor
Establish a positive working environment
Demonstrate knowledge of complete line of Jockey products
Promote awareness and excitement for company programs
Assist the team with floor sets
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with Jockey policies
Driving all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training a team of qualified, dedicated and professional store associates based on established core competencies.
In partnership with the Store Manager, lead and inspire store team through effective coaching and development support needed to create a high-performance store and management team.
Maintain all standards of store operations including visual presentation, security, inventory control, human resources, expense control and operational policies and procedures.
Ability to move a minimum of 25 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, ascending/descending, reaching, and lifting to stock and merchandise store. Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.
