Overland Park Center is actively seeking Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to work for our skilled nursing community in Overland Park, KS.

Duties of Assistant Director of Nursing :
- Assist DON in supervises all nursing staff in the facility.
- Assistance in management of the day-to-day clinical operations.
- Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services
- Assist in training and development of staff
- Development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction
- Establishment of a climate necessary for continuous improvement
Requirements Assistant Director of Nursing :
- Active RN License
- 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Medicare and Medicaid knowledge
- LTC Management Experience
