Asset Management and Investment Analyst Job at Prospect Hotel Management LLC
Do you love the outdoors? Do you love to create delight through service and attention to detail? Are you a MacGyver who always finds a way to get it done? If so, then we invite you to be a part of our team at AutoCamp to join our adventure.
AutoCamp Hospitality Group has always been widely passionate about getting people outdoors together and helping them inspire a love for the environment. Our first brand, AutoCamp has revolutionized alternative lodging by blending the spirit of the American camping experience with the service and design of a boutique hotel. The success of AutoCamp inspired us to create our newest brand - Field Station - an inspiring and inclusive modern lodging and retail brand for the active outdoor community. Located in some of the most iconic outdoor destinations, Field Station makes it even easier for everyone to get outside more often. Our first location will open in Moab, Utah in Spring 2023.
AutoCamp is on a trajectory to reach expansive growth across the United States and we are looking for an Investments Analyst/Associate to help us reach those goals. The Analyst/Associate position is a valuable opportunity to focus on underwriting new projects in the pipeline while conducting asset management for the current operating properties. This role will work closely with the VP of Investments and the Sr. Investment and Financial Associate. The investment team is small, but mighty. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate who is naturally curious, a MacGyver, adaptable personality, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Please note that while this is currently a remote position, there is a strong preference for someone located within (or willing to relocate to) 120 miles from Santa Barbara, CA.
Sounds good? We’d love to hear from you. Be sure to attach both a resume and a cover letter telling us about your relevant experience and salary requirements. Please Note: Resumes submitted without a cover letter will be crumpled up and used as campfire kindling.
