Assessor Trainee Job at Middletown Township
The Township of Middletown seeks a full time Assessor Trainee to assist with the annual valuation of 25,820 line - items. The position requires residential and commercial inspections therefore, the candidate must be comfortable navigating construction sites. The applicant should be knowledgeable in all aspects of local assessing practices including but not limited to, revaluations, reassessments, property tax exemptions and deductions, added and omitted assessments, the Sunrise Systems Electronic Tax Appeal System, Micro Systems CAMA/MOD-IV, and farmland assessment. Substitution of education and experience with expertise in real estate appraisal, data analytics, the Python Programming Language and geospatial (GIS) analysis will be accepted. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Applicants are also required to possess a valid New Jersey driver's license. Salary
