Integrity Trade Services has partnered with an international automotive parts manufacturer in Mt.Juliet, TN and is looking for Assembly Workers for 1st shift!
Shift: 3:30am - 2pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday is reserved for OT as needed.
Pay: $16hour
Essential Functions:
· Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, labeling, and sorting.
· Package products to achieve production performance established by company efficiency guidelines for quantity and quality
· Move product and inventory using a hand cart
· Pre-assemble components for packaging
· Perform related duties as required by the manager
Physical Demands:
Must have machine operator experience
· Required to stand for long periods of time
· Involves repetitive motions
· Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
· May also engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers
Requirements:
· Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
· Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization
· Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
· Maintain the production pace of other team members
