MAD Security Services, Inc. is seeking new team members to join our family. As an Armed Security Guard with our company, you will:
- Act strictly as a deterrent to help prevent theft. The goal is to observe and report.
- Observe and report suspicious criminal activity as appropriate for the circumstances or as required by the post orders at assigned site while patrolling on foot.
- Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, vandalism and any unauthorized persons.
- Communicate in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations while following emergency response procedures.
- Communicate effectively with individuals at the job sites and emergency personnel in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while in a complete and clean company uniform.
- Execute post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License or California Identification Card
- California Guard Certificate
- Exposed Firearm Permit (Caliber 38, 357, 9mm, or 40 mm preferred)
- 32 hours of Security Training with BSIS
- 8 hours of Powers of Arrest/Weapons of Mass Destruction Training
Screenings include:
- Background Check
- Employment Verification
Shifts Available:
12 AM - 8 AM
4 PM - 12 AM
Pay rate: $18/hour
