Our Associates will:

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Learn to operate a variety of exciting attractions! Including Virtual Reality, Laser Tag, 7D Theater, Escape Rooms, and our Mirror Maze!
• Work as part of a team to go beyond guest expectations.

Seeking Associates who:

• Are at least 17 years of age.
• Go above and beyond to make our guests feel appreciated and welcome.
• Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with guests and other team members to resolve issues, answer questions and help every single guest who visits Kalahari Resorts to have an incredible experience.
• Are willing to be cross-trained throughout the Big Game Room in areas such as our brand new Mirror Maze, Escape Room, 7D Theater, Laser Tag, Virtual Reality Arcade, and the Arcade Floor.

Family Entertainment Group Holdings is a privately held company with a national presence specializing in the operation of family entertainment centers, game-rooms and amusement vending solutions. We are hiring for "The Big Game Room" located inside Kalahari Resorts, Sandusky, Ohio. Must at least be 17 years old, and also be able to pass background screening.
