LEASING AGENT SENIOR APARTMENT COMMUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who likes to have FUN and enjoys people. The ideal candidate will have friendly, outgoing, excellent customer service and telephone skills. WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Primary responsibility to sell the lifestyle, value added services, amenities and apartments to prospective residents. Will also assist with general office and customer service duties. If you can work a lead; and turn a call into a visit and a visit into a lease…then look no further, we want you!
Pay based hourly rate supplemented by COMMISSION based on sales closings. Previous selling or leasing to seniors is a plus. Data Entry skills, attention to detail, all aspects of the leasing process, generate traffic, conduct tours, completion of lease documents.
