Anticipated - Part-time Non-Instructional Assistant Job at New Hope-Solebury School District
The New Hope-Solebury School District is seeking applicants for a non-instructional assistant position at the Lower Elementary School to provide support for students during lunch and recess. The position's hours will be from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Monitor and coordinate the lunch/recess program for grades K-2
- Support a safe, positive learning environment for students during lunch and outside at recess
- Communicate with staff and administration regarding lunch/recess concerns/needs
- Work collaboratively with other assistants to best support all students
- Communicate with nurse/guidance counselor regarding health issues or student needs
- Work with parent volunteers
- Assist teaching staff or librarian with clerical functions
- Additional responsbilities as assigned by building administration
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Related experience is beneficial
- Must posess basic computer skills for clerical demands of the job
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.62 per hour
