Job Responsibilities
· Deliver timely different project's data at the highest possible quality standard.
· Quickly learn new project requirements and deliver to desired productivity, accuracy levels.
· Communicate and participate on project forums/meetings.
· Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
· Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.
· Understand & apply project/stakeholder requirements
· Generate project analysis reports on timely and need basis
· Able to adapt the swift changes to project policies
The analyst will deliver the following deliverables, which must meet the requirements set out below:
· Content Review Services - Review services for video, audio, and image content in English language. There may be a request for additional language reviews.
· Offensive Content - Review content that is graphical in nature (“Offensive Content”). The Offensive Content may include but is not limited to content including violence, sexual imagery, and/or racist and hateful messages etc.
· Machine learning services - Review, label, transcribe data for evals, machine learning, language translations and production-oriented pipelines as the case may be. These could include, images, audio, text, videos, still frames and imagery etc.
