• Responsible for the operation and inspection of tow motor.
• Load and unloads coils of rod and wire off pins
• Operate overhead crane in HCL.
• Must apply correct annealing cycle for each charge.
• Performs all adjustments of temperatures per cycle requirements as well as check the temperatures to attain proper quality of annealed product.

• Sample material using tensile tester.

• Operates powered material handling equipment in a safe manner to move product of and on pins plus in and out of the department.
• Mechanical aptitude and general maintenance skills
• Basic computer skills
• Self directed with minimal supervision
• Must be available 24/7 to maintain continuous operation
• Exhibit good work habits & safety record
• Verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems & make decisions
• Comprehend theory of basic heat treat principles
