We are looking for top talent to become our newest Brow Bar Leader at our Macy's Chula Vista BrowBar! As a Benefit Brow Bar Aesthetician, you will be responsible for building relationships with our Macy's beauty partners, seeking out new customers while converting to our expansive list of services and change the world one brow at a time!

Aesthetician - Macy's Benefit Brow Bar

Able to perform the following duties including, but not limited to:

Customer Service

• Greet customers within 10 seconds or less, with great energy
• Demonstrate and sell Benefit's award winning products
• Build and maintain great customer relationships
• Actively recruit new clients
• Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Perform Benefit approved and trained services offered
• Recommend additional services to determine and meet customer needs
• Rebook appointments for return services

Results

• Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service and product goals
• Maintain target service and product sales per hour
• Sell and recommend products with each service
• Actively perform new and trending brow services including lamination and threading

Teamwork

• Promote a professional, respectful and fun envirorment
• Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity
• Help maintain clean and safe sales and stock areas
• Build relationships with Macy's beauty assocaites and department managers

Requirements

• Stock and fill shelves, drawers, and stations
• Clean all Brow Bar areas and elements
• Physical contact with clients/ customers
• Maintain compliance with State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and State Board of Health rules and regulations
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state issued aesthetician or cosmetology license
• Comfortable at services and make-up application
• Strong communication skills
• Adept at problem solving
• Flexible and adaptable to customer needs
• This position requires that the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check
• Spanish speaking is preferred
