As an Advisory Board Member of Falconer, you will work with the team to:

• Ensure the long-term stability and strength of the operating unit

• Serve as a committed and trusted advisor to unit leadership

• Develop business strategies and perform ongoing execution reviews

• Leverage professional network and resources to drive the organization’s mission

This role is ideal for individuals with some combination of:

• Track record in either Crowdfunding, FinTech, Incubators, Accelerators, VC, IB, PE, PWM, or Commercial/Corporate Banking. Experience with startups is a plus

• Knowledge of the Securities industry and Regulatory environment (i.e. Regs CR and A+)

• Operations, Sales Practices, and Technology

• No-ego leader; can-do and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude that instills confidence through collaboration and influencing

• Gravitas: you carry yourself with confidence and speak clearly with conviction

• Highly analytical, metrics-oriented; entrepreneurial with a high level of energy and drive
