Admissions Clerk Job at Faulkner University
Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Admissions Clerk for the Undergraduate Admissions Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data of student information into the university database, providing superior customer service to guests visiting the Admissions Office and assisting with campus tours and major events. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 12-month position.
Summary of Duties:
- Greet and provide assistance for visitors
- Assist with processing and maintaining files
- Data entry of student information into university/department database
- Assist Admissions Counselors with their recruiting efforts and campus tours
- Assist with major events such as: Fall Visitation, Scholar's Day, Jamboree, College Bound, and Six Flags
- Create and run various reports and exports
- Assist with processing financial aid files
- Provide assistance for the Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required
- Previous office experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Active member of the church of Christ
