Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Summary/Objective

Essential Functions

· Collaborate with sales, service, and parts to ensure cohesive operations across the operation

· Greets visitors and guests, facilitates introductions to the correct team member to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Assists in facilitating team meetings among all departments

· Completes filings as needed.

· Reconciles statements, puts payables into accounting software as needed.

· Makes bank deposits and mailings as needed.

· Responsible for ordering office supplies in front office.

· Paperwork for the title applications for bus sales.

· Prepares, delivers and distributes all mail.

· Makes plans for luncheons during training workshops.

· Additional Tasks requested through management

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
