MECO in Mandeville, LA is looking for an individual to function full-time as an Administrative Clerk in our Materials Department. While this position will originate in Mandeville, LA; MECO is opening a warehouse in Hammond, LA around 1/1/2023. This individual may be required to work at either location, depending on daily needs.

Core responsibilities include but are but are not limited to:

· Prepare folders for receiving inspectors

· Data Entry

· Scanning & filing documents

· Responding to inquiries

· Expediting materials, as required

The minimum requirements for this position are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years related work experience
  • Computer experience required:
  • Microsoft programs including Word, Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn other programs

This is a full-time position with standard benefit package. Hours for the position are 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This position will function in a warehouse environment which may include temperature extremes.
