Administrative Assistant/Secretary position Job at Sutra Medical
The Administrative assistant/Secretary performs general clerical support and office duties for the Management.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Calendar and activity scheduling, travel arrangement, placing and tracking shipments.
· Accountant services including ordering, prepare PO, invoicing, receiving and recording.
· Maintains departmental tracking logs, filing systems and basic databases as applicable.
· Preparation of business correspondence, memorandums, informational packages, office materials and reports, as assigned by direct supervisor.
· Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lake Forest, CA 92630: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (Preferred)
