The Administrative Assistant will:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support by performing delegated administrative and clerical duties for the assigned work area(s). Exhibit confidentiality, flexibility, accountability and professionalism.
- Assist all employees, potential candidates, scribes, clients, and others with related inquiries/concerns; refer to appropriate resource or authority, as necessary.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Compose correspondence and independently generate other communications, including, but not limited to, e-mails, newsletters, reports, mailings, flyers and brochures through effective use of appropriate software application and/or media.
- Maintain confidential departmental employee files and records to ensure consistently current and accurate documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the department and coordinate and organize office workflow and communications, including phone management, e-mail correspondence, file maintenance and standard mail collection/distribution to provide for optimum efficiency.
- Perform miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

Job requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong office and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Understanding of and adherence to confidentiality policy.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
- Work independently/collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Clearly communicate, written and oral.
- Ability to compose correspondence/memoranda, presentations, documentation, and spreadsheets with minimal errors.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and accomplish goals.
- Flexibility, innovation, and creativity.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
