Administrative Assistant- National Sales Job at Bronco Wine Company
JOB STATEMENT: Assist National General Sales Manager, National Chain Managers and Support National Sales Team
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
- Answer direct calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain National Sales roster, Retail map, and Distributor roster
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings – Hotel reservations, agendas, catering, layout
- Collaborate and coordinate annual WSWA, ECRM, Prowine, general sales meetings, new hire orientation meetings
- Maintain wine inventory display wall and order samples as needed
- Assist National Sales Team when at our facility for meetings
- On and Off boarding of National Sales and Marketing
- Manage and track monthly reports for General Sales Manager
- Take on the role of main contact for general National Sales requests
- Ensure office area is clean and safe
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Able to multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
- Sit for an extensive period of time
- Ability to lift 40lbs
Work Environment:
- Limited noise level – open distractive atmosphere
- Indoor climate
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
- Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in the production facility
