Administrative Assistant

We are a small, reputable firm seeking an experienced, skilled administrative assistant. You should possess three-to-four years of experience, preferably in a professional service firm environment. Associate degree in Business Administration and/or certification as an administrative professional a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are committed to providing exceptional client service, and you will play a key role in the process. The Administrative Assistant Role is responsible for learning the specific administrative activities common to a public accounting firm and applying his/her technical skills to efficiently process client work, provide administrative support to individuals inside the firm and assist with internal firm administrative tasks and projects. This position also includes the handling of typical front-desk/reception responsibilities.

NOTE REGARDING WORK LOCATION: This position will be based in a new, pleasant office location in the heart of Yardley Borough (on South Main Street), Pennsylvania. The office is newly renovated and furnished and is equipped with new technology and the latest computer systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
