Administrative Assistant (West Sacramento, CA)
We are a construction company looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will need to be self motivated, with the ability to handle a fast paced working environment and a sense of urgency. Must have 1-2 years of office experience.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Create project specific documents in Quickbooks and Excel
* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and special events
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Scanning and electronic filing of documents
* Order supplies and materials and maintaining inventory counts
* Serves as administrative contact and liaison with other offices, employees and customers
* Assists with special projects as required
* Other duties as assigned
The Must Haves:
* You must be able to work with confidential information with tact and discretion
* Good verbal and written communications skills
* Computer skills - You must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks
* Attention to detail who can also multi-task
* Must have valid driver's license and insurable
* 1 - 2 years of office experience
