House of Grace, LLC is a Behavioral Health facility that helps those in need here in Phoenix, Arizona. Our organization caters to clients that are currently homeless, addicted to substances, and/or have mental health needs. We offer housing, behavioral health classes, case management, psychiatry, medical care, therapy, and transportation.

Position Summary: The right canadate for this position must be able to provide counseling that can adaquately serve this client population. Duties include individual, family, couples, and group counseling. Provide Theraputic intakes, and update treatment plans, Document through organizations EMR all services provided. Update and maintain each clients Treatment Plan. All duties must be done in a timely, appropriate, and empathetic way. Counselor will coordinate and document all behavioral health services, including corespondance with psychiatry, case management, transportation and medical care. Counselor will monitor the progress of client population throughout their treatment program. Communicates relevant information effectively and efficiently to the appropriate staff members and relevant personnel when necessary.

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:30am - 2:30pm

Required Qualifications:

• Masters Degree or higher in Clinical Counseling, Addiction Counseling, Social Work or a closely related field of study (desired)
• or Bachelors plus 2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health field or a closely related field of study. (required)
• Will consider internship of Masters Degree canidate. Please note: supervised hours are done through Clinical Psychiatrist (check with program to verify acceptance)

Must have or ability to obtain:

• State of Arizona driver’s license with no significant violations during the last 5 years.
• Current State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance card required.
• Demonstrate the ability to relate to diverse cultures, and specifically the Native American cultures and community health services.
