Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast is a premier assisted living community. We are looking for a Resident Engagement Director to lead our Programs Department.
The Program Director ensures the overall quality of life for resident engagement as outlined in Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast Senior Living philosophy as well as the Resident Programs Standards of Excellence. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director, serving as a part of the community leadership team, ensuring residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents healthcare needs change. The Program Director will be responsible for:
- Planning, developing and implementing creative and exciting Resident Programs to meet the individual needs and interests of the residents within the community, as well as through outside trips and events; including coordination of one-to-one programming for residents who cannot participate in a group setting Ensuring that Resident Programs meet all state, federal, and Company regulations Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly Calendar of Events requirements are met and that specialty programs are scheduled according to the Resident Program Annual Master Calendar Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from events outside of the community, which may include driving a community vehicle The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 years of direct programming experience related to activities in senior living Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to satisfy background screening requirements Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate level of computer and technology competency, including Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook and other Microsoft Windows applicationsJob Type: Full-time
