My client, with offices in Dania, is looking for a an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting department as soon as possible. This is an established and industry leading company that offers excellent benefits in a growing and thriving environment. This role will report to the accounting manager and offers significant growth and will give you an opportunity to have a direct and professional impact on the overall performance of the accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices weekly.
- Code invoices
- Interact with vendors.
- Process AP payments via check, EFT, or wires
- Various related duties
Required
- High School Diploma, higher is preferred.
- 3-4 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong use of large ERP system as well as Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
