Accounts Payable Clerk – Miami Lakes Job at Ascendo Resources

Ascendo Resources is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our client for a Fulltime and Onsite Role. This role will focus on processing Invoices for a total of 53 different properties and will need to manage the day-to-day utilities bills as well for their portfolio.
Our Client is a privately held investment firm that is continuing to add to its diverse portfolio of Commercial Real Estate, including Retail, Residential, Office, and Industrial Properties. The Company offers a candidate who is independent, resourceful with a go-getter mentality a great opportunity to become part of the team full time after initial temporary employment period.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (40 Hours/Week, 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch)
LOCATION: Onsite | Miami Lakes, FL
PAY RATE: $21/hr

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- SOFTWARE: Avid Preferred
- 1+ years of AP Processing Experience
- MS OFFICE: Especially Outlook Needed
- Handle Multiple, Detailed Tasks Simultaneously and Prioritize Appropriately

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will handle the processing of around 200 Invoices on a weekly basis
- Invoices are received through a 3rd Party System (AVID), and others are received via email
- Review and Code Invoices through AVID
- Confirm all invoices are entered into the system correctly
- Manage the Accounts Payable Outlook Inbox
- Handle day-to-day utility bills for a total of 53 different properties
