Our Accounts Payable works closely with our CFO and Accounting Specialist performing general accounting including but not limited to maintaining accurate company ledgers, managing accounts payable, reconciling, vendor management, reporting, queries, and gathering data for audits.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required and prior accounts payable experience preferred. Prior QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred. Accurate data entry skills, an eye for detail, ability to meet deadlines, ability to work as part of a team, exceptional organizational and communication skills. Time management and the ability to work independent are essential. In-office position with no ability for remote work. This position is located in our Harbor Springs office.
