Seeking a full-time Accountant for Pod Juices office in Agoura Hills. We are one of the largest e-liquid brands in the United States and have filed for FDA approval for our products. We are rapidly growing are looking for someone to fit in with our friendly and energetic work atmosphere.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Interpretation, analysis, classification, reporting and summarization of financial data
- Ensuring that the company is in total compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Providing professional financial advice to company leaders
- Preparing financial statements
- Presenting reports to key stakeholders
- Setting up a comprehensive accounting framework to guard against fraud or embezzlement
- Prepare and issue invoices
Financial duties include:
- Preparing expense reports
- Identify and record financial transactions
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing
Experience:
· QuickBooks (2 years) mandatory
· Accounting (2 years) mandatory
Education:
· Bachelor Degree (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
