Second Shift Manual Milling and Grinding Machine Operator
Hours: 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Job Summary:
Perform a variety of duties to set-up, adjust and operate a diverse number of machine tools to complete progressive rough and finish machining operations all within very close tolerances.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Set up standard work to include blocking, aligning, holding, clamping or use of standard fixtures.
· Use micrometer, depth micrometer and gauge block as necessary to check setup, work in process and final product dimensions.
· Work from drawings and specifications. Adjust tooling and milling/grinding machine to meet specified surface finish and dimensional requirements.
