We currently seek a motivated and relationship-oriented person to drive HDS Subscriptions revenue throughout North America for our technology related hardware and software. This position can be located in Peachtree Corners, GA or remote . Engagement will be conducted primarily over the phone. Supporting our outside sales people and customers with regards to the Leica Customer Care programs and engaging with all After Sales Support activities.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
We currently seek a motivated and relationship-oriented person to drive HDS Subscriptions revenue throughout North America for our technology related hardware and software. Supporting our outside sales people and customers with regards to the Leica Customer Care programs and engaging with all After Sales Support activities.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Drive renewal sales for HDS subscriptions along with Subscription Services Manager
- Process subscription renewals for direct and dealer orders
- Issue subscription renewal notices to direct customers
- Issue Dealer Renewal reports quarterly to Dealer contacts
- Create Subscription Contracts for Invoiced orders
- Process new direct standalone subscription orders
- Process new dealer standalone subscription orders
- Process subscription eCommerce orders
- Manage subscriptions and subscription processes and make corrections when necessary to ensure software functionality
- Availability to assist with processing renewals for Subscription products that are currently not managed (non-HDS)
- Provide backup support to Subscription Services Manager as needed.
- Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
- Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.
- Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.
- Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience, plus one year related experience.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of previous Account Management experience, with emphasis building customer relationships.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP desired but not required.
- Excellent technical, communications and presentation skills required, strong telephone skills.
- Computer Skills – Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
