About the Job
Ruan is now hiring for a yard spotter for our dedicated customer, Charter Steel. This will be a Monday through Friday position offering over time after 40 hours.
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Weekends off
- Flexible start times with overtime
- 2PM to 10PM shift
- Spotter position
- Average 8 hours per day
- Full time year round work
- $25.35 per hour
- Move dedicated fleet’s empty trailers to Charter Steel’s yard, secure load, return trailer to Ruan yard located ¼ mile from shipper’s yard

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
