Statement of Job:

Wig run crew responsibilities include show run duties, and maintains wardrobe/wig room for all performances of a show run while working under the supervision of the Wig Supervisor as assigned.

Salary:

· $22+ per hour, negotiable based on skill/experience

· W4

· 4 Hour minimum calls, OT over 40 hours

Dates of Employment:

· Show position run dates: October 6, 2022- November 13, 2022

· Other swing/cover opportunities available throughout the season

· Weekday, Weeknight, Weekend Day, Weekend Nights, Holidays needed

Job Duties:

· Assist performers to get into and out of wigs, mics

· Choreographs and implements quick changes

· Maintains the wigs on a daily basis, which washing, styling, and basic maintenance

· Assist with strike/clean up at end of the production run

· Participates in all dress rehearsals, and attends one run-through prior to tech

· Follow all established safety and Covid-specific policies

· Related duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

· 1-3 years of previous experience (professional or academic)

· Ability to follow precise directions

· Ability to move quickly and act decisively, sometimes in semi-darkness

· Ability to work positively and effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to learn

· Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills

· Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. upstairs

· Background in theatre is strongly preferred but not required.

· Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by an FDA-approved vaccine is a condition of employment
