Central Office Monitoring Station is seeking a qualified, experienced, candidate for the following shift:
Every Saturday 9AM-11PM, every Sunday 9AM-11PM, every Monday 11PM-7AM and every Tuesday 11PM-7AM. 44 hours, 4 of which are paid overtime hours. If you cannot work this entire shift, please do not apply.
The dispatchers are responsible for many tasks including reacting to incoming signals, answer inbound phone calls, assisting technicians by phone and aiding subscribers when they have questions.
To be considered for this position you should possess the following abilities:
Prioritize calls and react with a calm demeanor
Type quickly and with accuracy
Pass a background check and drug screen (No felonies permitted)
Work well with others
Arrive to work consistently on-time
We will help the right candidate acquire licensing through the state of Texas. This position will require 2 weeks of paid training that will take place Monday through Friday from 7AM-3PM before being placed on the above-mentioned schedule. Previous experience may shorten the length of necessary training.
