2 Weekends per month 10:00pm Friday-10:00pm Sunday
3 Weekends per month 10:00pm Friday-10:00pm Sunday
Every other weekend 11:00am-7:00pm
Every other Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm
Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm
Saturday 12:00pm-9:00pm

Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm

TASKS
Provide client support including, but not limited to:
Domestic Home Care including, but not limited to cleaning, cooking, and laundry
Domestic Self Care including, but not limited to bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Financial management such as budgeting, assisting client with good money choices
Promote healthy choices with diet, medical appointments, medications, exercise programs
Identify household needs and safety issues
Promote recreation through social activities, classes, and areas of personal interest
Support relationships with family and friends, and facilitation of new relationships
Provide transportation for school, work, appointments, and community outings
Attend monthly staff meetings, in-services, safety meetings, training.
Document daily log notes, medication sheets, incident reports, etc.
Communicate any major changes in client’s schedule (hospital visit, taking client out of town, encountering difficulties in the community, etc.) to your Supervisor immediately
Record actual hours worked on our time and attendance system via smartphone, tablet, or computer and turn in on time.
Follow Emergency Procedures (chain of authority, 911)
Actively participate in CACS fundraising efforts
Assuming other duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the ability to be mobile (including, but not limited to lifting, bending, squatting, crouching, twisting).
Ability to lift 50 llbs.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred
Experience with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Valid Driver’s License
Pass background check
A vehicle in documented good working order
Up to date CPR certification
