Website Manager

Our brand, Teeccino, is the best selling line of roasted herbal coffees and teas nationwide in both bricks & mortar and ecommerce. We’re a mission driven company committed to optimal health for both our customers and the planet. We need a values-driven team member who can manage and optimize our brand’s website.

We’re searching for someone who lives and breathes the digital marketing and ecommerce space and loves food and beverages. If that describes you, then you know that the landscape of the food & beverage world is dramatically changing as consumer habits drive sales on the internet for shelf stable foods and beverages.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Executing the growth plan for Shopify brand website using ecommerce best practices and search engine optimization
• Provide analytics reporting for traffic, consumer demographics and onsite behavior and market trends that impact sales
• Provide insights for optimizing site experience, increasing conversions and average order value including potential improvements to improve bounce rates, exit rates, etc
• Build KPI reports for website performance and make presentations for the marketing and sales teams
• Collaborate on the creation of the monthly promotional calendar for sales and email campaigns
• Manage our technical team to oversee: 1) General site maintenance on an ongoing basis 2) The creation of landing pages based off proposed designs & functionality from our marketing team 3) Work with our digital marketing team to conduct A/B testing for digital campaigns driving traffic to the website to identify best results 4) Implementation of the site’s SEO program 5) Implement functionality and aesthetic changes to website
• Implement updates and accuracy of all website assets (creative, copy, product imagery, landing pages etc)

• Oversee daily order processing including supporting customer service requests
• Collaborate with marketing team on development of creative content such as videos, photography, graphic design to improve website visually and grow brand awareness
• Install, troubleshoot, and manage different Shopify applications such as roundup apps, discount coupon apps and third-party integrations
• Provide quality checks on implementation from 3rdparty developers
• Develop blog pages, new content pages, etc using provided theme with graphic images, videos, and text
• Upload new products, product information etc received from marketing team
• Create discount coupon codes in Shopify to facilitate sales promotions and review discount codes for abuse

Skills Required:

• Advanced knowledge of UX design principles
• Knowledgeable about Shopify and Google best practices e.g. Lighthouse scores, HTML/CSS semantics, SEO considerations.
• Adobe Photoshop/XD/Illustrator proficiency
• Microsoft Office suite expertise
• Extensive overall Shopify experience
• Advanced Shopify theme development a plus
• Prior experience designing websites and work with developers a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
