The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented, proactive, and motivated team player with strong development skills to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of design within the digital space would be a huge plus. As a member of a small development team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of projects and have direct input in the creative and development process. You will work closely with Account Executives and the creative team to see a project through from concept to completion.

The Responsibilities:

Responsibilities cover a variety of web development needs from marketing channels (e.g. email marketing, landing pages, microsites) to developing templates and interactive presentations. Individuals experienced in multiple digital categories will be highly considered for this position. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a small team, is a great communicator, and is passionate about clean code, accessibility, device compatibility, and optimization.

The Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML5 responsive design/development
• Proficiency with JavaScript and popular JS libraries/frameworks
• Proficiency with CSS and popular CSS libraries/frameworks
• Attention to detail (emphasis on quality)
• Self-starter at ease with technology
• Great communication and troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of web development experience
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other popular design tools
• Experience with Git

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity following ADA guidelines and best practices
• Familiarity developing sites for search optimization
• Experience in Google Analytics
• Conceptualize and implement technical solutions to solve marketing challenges
• Experience in animation (e.g. gif, lottie).
• Understanding of modern digital design
