Warehouse Worker Job at Lab Supply
Follow standardized work methods, safety policies, and procedures. Ensure the work area is safe. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to transport products. Perform pre trip and post trip inspections on pallet jacks and forklifts. Perform routine maintenance on pallet jacks and forklifts such as charging batteries. Meet required productivity and accuracy standards. Locate products according to order sheets and build orders according to company procedures. Manually place stock items on single or double pallets from pick slots and racks. Secure products on pallets. Shrink-wrap pallets for staging. Transport completed orders to the shipping dock staging area. Inspecting and evaluating incoming materials to ensure they meet standards for quality and safety. Operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and lift trucks to move materials. Loading and unloading products from trucks. Organizing and maintaining inventory records of materials stored in warehouse.
