We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to work on our 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) in our Distribution Center located in Bucks County, PA. This role will be responsible for managing 8-15 full-time member and additional seasonal/temporary staff within the warehouse, shipping, quality control, and returns departments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who can effectively build and lead a team and promote quality and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and manage the workflow for a staff of between 8 to 15 regular employees and additional seasonal and/or temporary staff in the PA 6120 warehouse/shipping, QC, and Returns departments. Monitor the staffing level to ensure the department can meet its objective while not being over-staffed;
• Train, manage performance, coach and develop all members and build an effective team;
• Accountable for driving performance within the PA 6120 departments, and monitor department performance against company standards;
• Oversee and monitor the efficiency of all departments and propose and evaluate improvements and upgrades as needed;
• Determine the standards for packaging quality, appearance, durability, cost and sustainability. Ensure these standards are consistently met;
• Data entry and research in our ERP/WMS system and advanced knowledge of our RF devices.
• Knowledge of WMS cycle counting processes for inventory integrity.
• Write interim and annual reviews, approve/submit PTO and approve payroll timesheets.
• Follow all cleanliness procedures and utilizing the 5S methodology.
• Open, close, and arm the building when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma required, with a College Degree or some College strongly preferred;
• Experience working as a supervisory/team lead and/or sr. position in a shipping/warehouse or manufacturing departments, required;
• Detail-oriented;
• Strong organization skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Customer-focus;
• Ability to multi-task;
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred but not required;
• Effective problem-solving skills;
