Under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of duties relating to inventory picking, receiving, issuing, and handling inventory stock used to support in home screening tests, Clinical Care providers and Clinical Solutions sites. This individual is a key role who ensures that the right inventory is in the right place so that tests can be completed as scheduled.
Types of inventory include in-home screening test kits, equipment and/or other PPE supplies needed to support our member wellness screening. This individual will assist with making sure that inventory is sent to be available for use for the clinical staff who are located throughout the United States.
This position requires experience and responsibilities in a warehouse environment, as well the ability to work long amounts on time on their feet.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Specialist works closely with the team that determines provider inventory needs of lab kits and PPE to meet production schedule fulfilment. The Warehouse Specialist primary responsibility will be to ensure that all orders are picked with accuracy, safely and securely packed and labeled, labels are scanned to ensure the products are shipped to the requested location on time. The Warehouse Specialist other responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders & receiving inventory and goods The Warehouse Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is organized, the aisles are clear of any boxes or materials, adhering to safety protocols ensuring a safe work environment and assis in quarterly physical inventory counts & special projects as assigned.

Type: Full Time
Compensation: $18/hr. - $21/Hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm MST

Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for at least 1 year
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to lift and carry loads of at least 50 pounds
- Forklift operation certification preferred and/or willingness to be certified
- Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required at minimum
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize activities, and meet established goals in a rapidly changing environment
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners
- Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback to and from managers and co-workers
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical and Psychological Demands:
- Requires sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crouching, crawling and/or stretching from seated or standing positions
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, telephone, copier, calculator and other office equipment
