Overview:

• The purpose of this position is to be on site at the customer location to resolve any discrepancies (overages, shortages and incorrect product) related to TD SYNNEX shipments.
• Investigates discrepancies reported by the customer, carrier or TD SYNNEX.

Works with freight carriers to ensure timelines are met.

• Collects, maintains and provides detailed reporting to the customer's team.
• Analyzes and researches data to recognize trends, areas of risk/concern, and uses information to drive process improvements.Preferred Knowledge:
• Should have 1-2 years Logistics center experience.
• SAP knowledge, Microsoft Office experience preferred
• BiLingual is a plus!

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
