Warehouse Picker/Backfiller Job at Masis Staffing
Masis Staffing is seeking a Picking/Backfilling for a shoe company in Gonic, NH. Responsible for moving materials throughout the Distribution Center for fulfillment of customer orders and with a focus on quality, efficiency and maximization of fulfillment rates. Temp-to-Hire opportunity with weekly pay!
1st Shift – Monday – Friday – 7 am – 3:30 pm - $14.00/hour
Occasional OT on Saturdays
What you’ll do:
- Transport and locate stock; unpack and load onto cart bring to shipping station.
- Identify and re-box any damaged product boxes.
- Assist with physical inventory and cycle count processes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow company safety standards, always ensure awareness of surroundings and exercise good judgment.
- Ensure proper use, storage and general upkeep of any company equipment used in executing responsibilities.
- Backfill your area at the end of shift daily.
Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a basic level.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to lift-up to 25 lbs. to a height of approximately 4 ft on a regular basis.
- Continuous walking/standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Continuous bending/lifting for prolonged periods of time.
