Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, organized and responsible warehouse manager to fill an important role in the growth of our business. We are located in the Upstate of South Carolina near beautiful Lake Hartwell.
Job Description:
You will serve on our operations team which oversees the warehouse for our commercial and residential divisions. As our warehouse manager, you’ll work with a team that includes other warehouse employees, purchaser, subcontractors and our project managers. We will provide you with all the tools to successfully reach all expectations! Candidates who apply should have the following characteristics:
- Managerial experience.
- Oversee and coordinate annual warehouse inventory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate, monitor and improve shipping procedures.
- Inventory management experience.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- A strong commitment to safety of all those who enter the warehouse.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability and willingness to work 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
- Strong desire to contribute to the overall success of Harris Home.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, associates degree or higher preferred.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Forklift certification
- The ability to uphold Harris Core Values.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Supply chain experience.
- Warehouse management experience.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Director of Operations
- Oversees warehouse assistants.
Salary Range:
$50,000 annual salary with monthly performance-related bonus potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
