Your Role as a Purchasing Assistant Include (but are not limited to)
Job Description:
- Review timelines of scheduled deliveries
- Conduct the process of packaging, loading and shipping operation
- Ensure that all orders are checked, wrapped, and loaded accurately and correctly
- Ensure company guideline and policies are met at all time
- Support to maintain all records of the delivery process such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of product shipped
- Computer literacy (Internet and Microsoft Office products)
- Bilingual (English/Korean)
- Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Korean /English preferred
