ProSource’s mission is to help our trade pro members and their customers complete successful projects. ProSource provides quality flooring and cabinet installation services for new construction and remodeling projects throughout Central Florida.

We are looking for a qualified Warehouse Expeditor to help our company continue to grow. The position manages the customer’s material receipt, storage, and delivery through efficient communication, and ensures that the customer and their installer have everything they need. The best candidate would be someone who loves to be the last impression of the project and be relentless when it comes to taking care of Customers.

This is a fast-paced, physical position that gets you up and moving. It will focus on the general storage and material handling duties related to the warehouse. Your extraordinary service and positive interactions with customers will make all the difference in your success. You can expect a great work-life balance alongside a team that will have your back and provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Like what you hear so far? Here’s the nitty-gritty… This position location is at the ProSource of Orlando. You will be paid a competitive salary of $36,000-40.000. You will also receive a benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.

What you’ll do:

• Ship and receive customer orders.
• Schedule and facilitate outgoing deliveries.
• Resolve discrepancies for damaged material(s).
• Communicate with the sales and purchasing departments and customers.
• Check delivery timelines with customer expectations.
• Find workable solutions for issues that may arise.
• Process and document customer order info into the computer system.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Sell installation-related materials.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Construction and/or Remodeling experience (strongly preferred).
• Construction software program experience, such as RFMS (preferred).
• Ability to multi-task across various platforms: phone, computer, and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with different departments.
• Familiarity with email programs, preferably Microsoft Outlook.
